2025 香港營造師學會與香港建造業總工會交流香港營造師學會會長湯毓祺營造師聯同一眾執委會成員於2月20日訪問香港建造業總工會。雙方就建造業界企業前景；職業安全；職業培訓等議題，深入探討及交流。會後共晉午餐並繼續分享會務經驗。

2025 Meeting with Buildings DepartmentHKICM President Cr Alfred TANG with Office Bearers held a high-level meeting with Buildings Department (BD) on 13 February 2025.
Constructive and informative exchanges were made between the two organisations on enhancing site safety and contractor registration etc. It’s expected that close collaboration and working relationship between HKICM and BD will be fortified to tackle future challenges in the industry.
Buildings Department delegates attended the meeting include Ms Clarice YU, Director of Buildings, Mr Van HO, Deputy Director of Buildings, Mr Alvin LAI, Assistant Director/New Buildings 2, Mr Michael PANG, Assistant Director/Corporate Services, Ms Mary CHAN, Chief Officer/Site Monitoring, Mr Victor Chan, Chief Officer/Technical Services, and Mr Sammy Tang, Senior Building Surveyor.
HKICM delegates attended the meeting include President Cr Alfred TANG; Immediate Past President Cr Terence MANG; Vice Presidents Cr CHAN Chi-man, Cr Derek LEUNG, Cr Dick LI; Honorary Secretary Cr Ricky LI; Honorary Treasurer Cr Perry LO; and Secretary General Ernest Leung.
