Introduction

HKICM Job Postings is an on-line job advertisement service launched to provide Corporate Affiliates and other construction-related companies, organizations or institutions with a cost-effective channel for recruiting construction professionals in Hong Kong.

By placing an advertisement in HKICM Job Postings, organizations will get direct access to over 3,000 HKICM members, whom are construction practitioners holding a variety of positions in a wide range of fields, including contractors, consultants, developers, property or facility management personnel, civil servants and academics.

Corporate Affiliates and other organizations are welcome to post their job vacancies in HKICM website. If interested, please complete the on-line《Job Openings Submission Form》at least 3 working days prior to the posting start date.

Job Postings

Each job advertisement shall be posted on the HKICM website for a period of ONE month only from the job posting start date.
The following rates are charged for vacant position(s) posted as job advertisement on the HKICM website:

The job advertisement submitted shall be activated within 3 working days from the date of submission.
Payment should be settled within 2 weeks upon receiving the invoice from the Institute.
Job advertisements of recruiting agencies will not be considered.

Important note:
Use of the Job Postings Service by Corporate Affiliates is limited to vacancies available within the organization, and not any other companies from the same group, whether being holding company, subsidiaries or related companies, as these other organizations are each incorporated as a separate legal entity.

Position

Senior Construction Manager / Construction Manager – Building

Job Description

Full management of workflow and project schedule
Control of budgeting and cost activities
Ensuring HSE site practices and compliance
Liaise and interact with third party contractors, independents and governmental representatives
Progress activity report to upper management

Minimum Qualifications

Degree in Civil Engineering or Building disciplines
Minimum 10 years’ experience in mega sized construction works preferable
Committed to the achievement of the highest standards in all construction activities including safety and quality assurance
Proven team leadership and contractual awareness and particularly with subcontractors management
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Construction Manager
