As resolved by the General Council, notice is hereby given that the 26th Annual General Meeting of Hong Kong Institute of Construction Managers is scheduled as follows:
Date : 7th December 2022 (Wednesday)
Time : 6:30 p.m.
Venue : Room 801-2, On Lok Yuen Building, 25 Des Voeux Road Central, Hong Kong
(Prior registration required)
All attendees must adhere to the latest social distancing measures requested by HKSARG and have had at least three vaccine dose. Attendees will be requested to present vaccination record on arrival.

The Agenda will be as follows:
- To adopt the Minutes of the 25th Annual General Meeting held on 8th December 2021.
- To receive the President’s Annual Report*.
- To approve the Financial Report from the Honorary Treasurer*.
- To elect the Officers and Members of the Council Session 2022/23.
- To appoint the Auditor for the Council Session 2022/23.
- To transact any other business.
*Copies will be made available to members at the meeting.

| Members shall note the followings in respect of Election of Officers and Members to the Council: |
| 1. Floor nominations shall not be allowed and Members may vote by proxy (《Proxy Form》 enclosed). |
| 2. Members who intend to stand for election in the AGM must complete and return the enclosed 《Nomination Form》 to the designated address no later than fourteen (14) days before the stated date of the Annual General Meeting, i.e. on or before 23rd November 2022. |
| 3. A list of all nominations received, together with the names of proposer and seconder will be sent to Members not less than seven (7) days before the AGM, i.e. on or before 30th November 2022. |
| 4. Only fully paid up Members of the Institute shall be eligible to vote. |
