This project (2) is a residential development at Waterloo Road, Kowloon to be completed within 570 calender days. The challenge is about the drainage connection works involving permit applications, in the heavy traffic carriageway at Boundary Street. The challenges faced by the Project Manager and the solutions to overcome the site construction problems include the use some new technologies, e.g. adopting the 3D Laser scanner to get 3D models and remote demolition robot to carry out demolition work to help deliver more reliably and efficiently service.
