Dear Members,
In view of the increasing cost of business operations due to general inflation and our continued efforts in improving the services to the members, the General Council has approved a resolution to revise the annual subscriptions and application fees for admission into membership at its 2nd General Council Meeting held on 9 Feb 2022.
A healthy and balanced financial position is crucial in maintaining the growth of the Institute and the construction management profession. Thus, it was resolved that in addition to revising the level of membership fees, the Council will continue to explore ways to increase non-subscription revenue and to contain expenditure in striving for the quality services that can best fit members’ needs.
With effect from 1 April 2022, the revised membership fees will be as follows:
Class | Annual Subscription | Application Fee |
Fellow | HKD2,000 | HKD1,000 |
Member | HKD1,800 | HKD800 |
Associate | HKD700 | HKD400 |
Construction Supervisor | HKD600 | HKD300 |
Graduate | HKD100 | HKD100 |
Student | Waived | Waived |
In addition, an “Entrance Fee” of HKD1,000.00 will also be charged upon successful election or transfer to Member Class of Membership (please refers to the enclosed《HKICM Membership Fees 2022/23》for details of the revised membership fees).
Please note that you will receive the ‘Membership Subscription Renewal Payment Advice Form’ for Membership Year 2022/23 by mail in March 2022.
