Program Highlights:

The effect of COVID-19 has resulted in various degree of delay and disruption to the progress of construction works in Hong Kong. In this talk, Sr Eric Ting will share his view on some common delay and disruption claims arising from or associated with the COVID-19 and how to manage such claims from the view of a construction contract administrator.
