Visit 1: Automatic Welding Plant
Wo Lee Green Solutions Ltd. have installed four Automatic Welding Machines recently to meet the growing need of off-site welding, as parts of off-site solution. Wo Lee Green Solutions Ltd is committed to introduce advanced technology to tackle shortage of welders in the market. The human touch in the automated welding process is just flicking the switch to get started. By freeing up workers to perform more dexterous tasks, automatic welding machines are favourable to cut costs and maximize efficiency in modern construction. Automated welding machines offer four main advantages, they are improving weld quality, increasing output, decreasing scrap and decreasing costs.
Visit 2: Hot Dip Galvanized Plant
Established in 1978 and based in Hong Kong, Yau Sang Galvanizing (Hot-dip) Co. Ltd is the sole hot-dip galvanizing factory in Hong Kong with a production plant built in Dongguang in 2015. The visit go through the process from materials inspection, degreasing and rinsing, pickling and rinsing, fluxing, hot-dip galvanizing in a zinc bath, cooling and final inspection before packaging to the clients. Using zinc ingots from Canada, the USA and Europe having 99.8% purity, Yau Sang ensures both the materials and process complies with BS EN ISO 1461.
