All successful participants should possess and bring the valid Safety Card (Green Card) or the equivalent document, and be required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times while visiting the site. Participants are responsible for bringing their own safety footwear. Safety helmets and safety vests will be provided by the site. Sleeveless or tank top shirts, short pants, sweatpants, dresses, skirts, sneakers, sandals, high-heeled shoes, and open-toed shoes are not permitted for this visit.

2. Participants are deemed to understand that there are risks associated with joining the event, and fully responsible for his/her own safety and personal belongings. Participants may consider taking out their own insurance policy to cover their own risks.

3. While HKICM will arrange for insurance policy for the participants, participants may consider taking out their own insurance policy to cover their own risks.

4. Latecomers will NOT be allowed to join the visit.
