Cr Ko is a Fellow Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Construction Managers (HKICM) and currently holds the position of Executive Director and General Manager of the Project Management Department at China Harbour Engineering Company Limited. He is a Professional Engineer with multi-disciplinary expertise and a Professional Surveyor specializing in Quantity Surveying, boasting over 30 years of post-qualification experience in project management, design, and construction across building, civil, and environmental engineering sectors.
In addition to his managerial role, Cr Ko is the Vice Chairman of the Environmental Discipline Advisory Panel and an Appointed Member of the Civil Discipline Advisory Panel and the Accreditation Committee for Higher Diploma Programs. He represents the civil engineering sector on the Training Review Sub-Committee Group 1 of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers, actively fostering the development of young professionals in Civil and Environmental Engineering. Furthermore, he serves as the Vice Chairman of the Building Committee of the Hong Kong Construction Association, making significant contributions to the advancement of the building industry. |
