Further to the previous CPD event on 2 March 2026, this is the second one on the same subject and with emphasis on the new Nominated Sub-Contract and Nominated Supply Contract.
In this CPD event organised by the Hong Kong Institute of Architects (HKIA), Hong Kong Institute of Construction Managers (HKICM), and the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (HKIS), representatives from Pinsent Masons will present an overview of the key features of the new Nominated Sub-Contract and Nominated Supply Contract, with particular focus on the Particular Conditions of Contract related to the Security of Payment Ordinance.
