Dennis Wong
Dennis obtained his legal qualification in New South Wales, Australia in 1999 and became a Hong Kong solicitor in 2005. He has since engaged in construction law practice at international firms in Hong Kong and China. Dennis is also a qualified GBA lawyer and an accredited adjudicator. Dennis is ranked by Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners since 2018.
Dennis is ranked as “Thought Leader – Construction 2025” in the Lexology Index and is recognised as a “Litigation Star for Construction Disputes” by Benchmark Litigation Asia-Pacific 2025. Dennis is also named as a “Leading Construction & Infrastructure Litigation Lawyer” and “Recommended Leading Front-End Construction, Infrastructure & Projects Lawyer” by Doyle’s Guide Hong Kong 2024 and 2025.
Dennis has wide experience in various forms of commercial dispute resolution including mediation, arbitration, litigation and adjudication. He specializes in resolving complex contractual and construction disputes and is proficient in advising on NEC.
Vivian Wong
Vivian became a Hong Kong solicitor in 2011. She has also been admitted as a solicitor of England & Wales. Vivian has advised and represented clients in various forms of dispute resolution, including arbitration, mediation, adjudication, and litigation. Vivian is also named as the “Construction Rising Star – Hong Kong” by Doyle’s Guide Hong Kong 2025.
Vivian has advised on disputes and handled an adjudication concerning NEC contracts. She also has experience in handling arbitration, mediation and adjudication proceedings involving significant infrastructure projects.
Kristel Ma
Kristel was admitted as a Hong Kong solicitor in 2020 and has five years of post-qualification experience in construction law. She has assisted with various construction litigation, arbitration and mediation proceedings, and has recently advised clients on disputes arising out of NEC contracts. |
