香港中醫醫院及政府中藥檢測中心位於將軍澳百勝角，分別佔地4.29及1.72公頃，建築面積分別為16萬平米及3萬平米。

香港中醫醫院肩負五大發展任務，除了為市民供醫療服務外，亦包括教學和培訓、科研、多方協作及創造健康價值，並積極發揮『轉化者』角色，與中醫藥業界和持份者緊密合作，推動中醫藥在本地、粵港澳大灣區的發展，並助力中醫藥服務走向世界，為國家中醫藥發展作出貢獻。
