This Talk try to revisit the importance of Master Programme for a building Project and also the use of Critical Path Method in Programme establishing especially concerning how Major BS Activities could be considered in establishing the Master Programme. At last, this talk wish to draw the participants’ attention to revisit about the factors that might affect the programme strategy.

Ir Cr Dr. CHENG is currently the Project Director of Alliance Contracting Company Limited, ALCC. He is the Fellow Member of HKIE, CIBSE, AIIB and International Congress of Disaster Management. He practiced in-depth Project Management at ALCC, Atkins, HKSTP, C&B, Build King, and etc in the last Ten Years. Also he is the Jury Panel Chairman of HKIE BSD Excellent Building Award 2026, and he was the OC Chairman of this Award at 2023 as well the OC Chairman of Water Conference at 2021. In addition, he was the Chief Editor of AIIB Intelligent Building Index Manual version 5.
