Mr. Yeung is a Registered Professional Engineer in Civil Discipline, a Registered Construction Manager, a Chartered Builder, a Chartered Building Engineer, and a Chartered Construction Manager. He is also a BEAM Pro and an Accredited General Mediator with the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC). Additionally, he holds the title of HKICM Accredited Adjudicator and serves as an Authorized Signatory (AS) and Technical Director (TD) for RGBC.

 

With over 29 years of extensive experience in construction management within the private sector, Mr. Yeung specialises in managing large-scale, complex, and fast-track projects.
