Gammon Technology Park (GTP) is situated in the Tseung Kwan O Industrial Estate, encompassing a total workshop area of 14,432 square meters. GTP offers a variety of in-house construction services, including plant and equipment, steel fabrication and concrete technology, among others.
The facility features approximately 5,000 square meters of office space dedicated to the Construction Services Division (CSD), Foundations Division, BIM team, Geotechnical Laboratory (Gammon Technology Centre, GTC) and the main training center for the Gammon Academy.
The site visit presents a valuable opportunity to observe the daily operation at the center, which effectively supports internal construction demands. The plant yard integrates all plant and equipment functions, including design and development, maintenance, assembly and disassembly capabilities. Gammon produces and supplies structure steel products to the construction projects across Hong Kong and the Asia Pacific region. As the first Hong Kong organization to achieve this highest execution class, their structural steel products are CE (European Conformity) certified to EN1090 Execution Class 4.
