    Civil Engineering and Development DepartmentIr LEUNG has practical experience in managing NEC contracts in DSD, HyD and CEDD as PMR, SRE and advisor respectively.  He is now heading the NEC Executive Support Team to provide advice, sharing and supports to all NEC projects from planning, tendering, construction, handing over and finalization phases.

 

  1. Ir Andy KWOKIr KWOK is the Managing Director of Binnies Hong Kong Limited, overseeing operations in Hong Kong, Mainland China, and Vietnam. With over 31 years in civil engineering, he manages diverse client portfolios and has led Binnies to win multiple NEC awards since 2018. Andy holds NEC3 and NEC4 ECC Project Manager Accreditation.

    Binnies Hong Kong LimitedIr CHEUNG has hands on experience in managing NEC target cost contracts, including Construction of Additional Sewage Rising Main between Tung Chung and Siu Ho Wan, Expansion of Sha Tau Kok Sewage Treatment Works and Construction of San Shek Wan Sewage Treatment Works.
