| Remarks: | 1. The applicants need to provide personal data for the application of access permit to the restricted area of HAECO. 2. No excessive quota allowed due to access permit limitation. 3. The successful applicant may be invited to a designated whatsapp group for the ease of visit coordination. 4. Applicants shall assess the risk imposed and buy their own insurance if necessary. 5. NO PHOTO TAKEN is allowed in the site visit unless approval. 6. The applicants shall wear proper trousers and bring their own personal protective equipment, including safety hamlet, safety vest and safety shoes. 7. HKICM will not arrange for insurance policy for the participants, participants may consider taking out their own insurance policy to cover their own risks. |
