Programme Highlight
The New Engineering Contract (NEC) has been widely adopted by the Government to deliver public works projects. Unlike conventional contracts, NEC, particularly Target Contracts, has a number of new features such as reimbursement for the Defined Cost for executing the works and pain-gain share mechanism. This seminar highlights corruption risks pertaining to NEC Target Contracts and corresponding mitigating measures, so that construction managers may enhance their corruption prevention capabilities and avoid corruption pitfalls.
