Programme Highlights:

AMC has implemented Construction 2.0 and Industrial 4.0 initiatives successfully in

Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DfMA) in the form of prefabrication of MEP systems and precast reinforced concrete construction have significantly reduced on-site labour resources, safety risk for working at height and construction time
Building Information Modelling (BIM) and Common Data Environment (CDE) have allowed for sharing, collaborating and versioning in order to optimize building design and construction process, detect design clashes and control construction wastage and cost.
Digital Works Supervision System (DWSS), comprising mobile apps, dashboard and real-time alerts, has supported tasks of inspection process in seamless and eco-friendly manner that enhance project management.

AMC team has also obtained various awards in HKICM CMA 2022 [Large Scale Project category]:

Gammon will have a presentation in TERA of Data Technology Hub followed with site walk.
