| Speaker(s): | Cr Kenneth KWOK Cr KWOK is a council member and publication committee chairman of HKICM. He is a Project Manager in a leading Contractor with over 20 years’ experience in the project management and building maintenance. He provides monitoring performance of the sub-contractors and establish, develop, monitor and maintain project budget, programme, resources allocation, quality plan, environmental issues and safety plan in accordance with company’s requirements. He is also a professional member of CIOB and CIHPE and a licensed plumber. Cr Kenneth KWAN Cr KWAN is a member of HKICM and a Quantity Surveyor in a leading Contractor. He has been practicing as a quantity surveyor in building construction sector for around a decade. He is also a professional member of RICS and CIOB. He has experience in planning, organizing and practicing procurement strategy, tendering process, contract administration, project management, project cost control, commercial management of sub-contractors & dispute resolution for large scale building construction projects. |
