Cr KWAN is a member of HKICM and a Quantity Surveyor in a leading Contractor. He has been practicing as a quantity surveyor in building construction sector for around a decade. He is also a professional member of RICS and CIOB. He has experience in planning, organizing and practicing procurement strategy, tendering process, contract administration, project management, project cost control, commercial management of sub-contractors & dispute resolution for large scale building construction projects.
