Programme Highlights:
Tonkin Street Redevelopment is a composite development project with the Urban Renewal Authority in Cheung Sha Wan comprising a 6-storey podium and a 22-storey residential tower with 191 residential units, club house, covered landscape and a basement carpark. It is the first private project to adopt MiC.
MiC can increase the construction speed of the project by 30%, reduce the number of on-site workers by 70%, reduce construction waste by 68% and reduce construction noise by 75% for the project.
This Site Visit is to demonstrate a 2-Storey, total 8 nos. MiC Modules installed at off-site warehouse for the Tonkin Street redevelopment project – the first private project to adopt MiC.
It will provide an in-depth insight of MiC Construction from planning, co-ordination, fabrication, logistics and to construction considerations through a real case built mock-up as the blue-print.
