Modulated Integrated Construction (MiC) has been an innovative construction method and a trend in the construction industry.

The Site Visit will cover the following items:

  1. Real time MiC Modules installation;
  2. MiC Modules interiors including MEP services; and
  3. An in-depth insight and considerations of MiC Construction from planning, co-ordination, fabrication, logistics to construction of the HKU Wong Chuk Hang Student Residences Project
