Brief content of the talk:

Hong Kong Government is promoting carbon neutrality at 2050, the building/construction is participating more than 38% in carbon emission according to statistics.
Energy efficiency building will be the key to reduce carbon emission to help meeting the carbon neutrality.
With the use of technology, breakthrough in carbon accounting and auditing will be crucial to meet the carbon reduction roadmap.
