The Covid-19 pandemic has in many ways changed how each of us have been used to doing things not only in our private daily lives but also in doing business. In this webinar, the speakers will discuss how the pandemic has reshaped the various forms of dispute resolution processes in Hong Kong including litigation, arbitration and mediation. The speakers will also discuss the current trend of online dispute resolution.
