Unfortunately, a crisis can occur at any time, affecting any organization at any location. It is for that reason that you should prepare for a crisis before it happens. How to assess the crisis correctly in the planning stage? Also, communicating effectively during a crisis is critical. As a manager, this is your responsibility to prepare a proper crisis communication plan, this talk will let you understand the basic components of a good crisis plan.

Ensuring construction safety becomes a growing priority in the industry today. When multi-casualty incident (MCI) happens, the personnel should equip with the situational awareness to encounter the emergency. Virtual reality (VR) technology introduces a whole new dimension to construction safety by allowing manufacturers to validate decisions in an immersive 3D virtual world before implementing them. In the presentation, the Virtual reality (VR) platform will be introduced and some examples of application will be shown get the audience to know how the personnel can be trained with the aid of the VR technology.
