HKICM organised the CPD “Terminate or not?” and held successfully on 6 November 2024.
Mr. Kevin LAI (Assistant General Manager at Henderson) and Ivy LAM (Director at Ankura) shared with the audience the professional knowledge and experience including Kevin’s navigated the whole journey on deciding Termination of a Main Contractor as a developer which supported by Ivy’s opinions as a claim consultant and a quantum expert witness in respect of the availability and quality of the documents and the quantum of various claims.
The CPD was highly informative and meaningful with exchanges and interactions among the speakers and participants.
