The Hong Kong Institute of Construction Managers (HKICM) is delighted to announce a landmark achievement in our professional journey. The Development Bureau has formally recognized HKICM as one of the appropriate professional institutions, alongside HKIE, HKIA, and HKIS, whose Corporate Members satisfy the qualification requirements for key managerial positions in contractors’ management teams under building contracts. These positions include Contract Manager, Construction Manager, Project Manager, or equivalent roles.
This recognition marks a significant milestone, affirming both the standing of our profession and the competence of our members in leading construction projects at the highest level. It underscores HKICM’s pivotal role in safeguarding professional standards and advancing the industry.
Coinciding with our 30th Anniversary, this achievement is a testament to the Institute’s unwavering commitment to professionalism, member protection, and industry recognition.
