HKICM organised the CPD Site Visit – Site Visit to Wo Lee’s Ping Che Fabrication and Distribution Center on 12 August 2023
Mr. WONG Tse Yeung (General Manager of Wo Lee Green Solutions) and Mr. CHOI Man Fung, Donald (Technical and Quality Assurance Manager), speaker for the CPD, shared with the participants their professional knowledge and experience including : Introducing steel products used in Hong Kong construction, demonstrating steel fabrication using CNC plasma cutters, drills, robot welding, and other fabrication procedures, Wo Lee Quality Control and testing centre for steel material, and discussing the use of offsite steel fabrication in Hong Kong.
The CPD was highly informative and meaningful with lots of exchanges and interactions among the speakers and participants.
Special thanks to Cr Terence MANG (President of HKICM), Cr Perry LO (Vice President of HKICM), Cr Michael WONG (Chairman of Sports & Events Committee), Cr Eddie YEUNG (Chairman of Registered Construction Managers / Registered Construction Supervisors Committee) and Cr Betty LO, Chair of HKICM CPD Committee) for the efforts in organising and joining this CPD event.
