HKICM organised the CPD Talk Practical Insights into Construction Project Management: From Tendering to Handover and held successfully on 9 July 2025.
Cr Ir Eddie S. K. YEUNG shared with the participants the professional knowledge and experience including presentation on Practical insights into the key phases of construction project management, drawing from his extensive project experience, Best practices encompassing stages, from tendering and execution to project handover and Challenges, critical considerations, and effective solutions tailored to the unique environment of Hong Kong’s construction industry, followed by a Q&A session.
The CPD was highly informative and meaningful with exchanges and interactions among the speaker and the participants.
