Organised by HKICM, the CPD Talk “Optimising Working Capital in Construction: A Data-Driven Approach to Financial Resilience” was successfully held on 25 March 2026.

Ms. Eve CHAN, Director of Business Development, and Ms. Sammi YIP, Manager of Business Development, at Riverchain International Limited shared their extensive expertise on addressing working capital challenges in the construction sectors of Hong Kong and Southeast Asia. The session highlighted effective cash flow strategies for enhancing financial resilience. Sammi specifically demonstrated how Riverchain’s innovative fintech solutions and data-driven approach provide agile financing. Through real-world case studies, attendees discovered how tailored financial products empower contractors to overcome hurdles and achieve sustainable growth within a transparent ecosystem. The session concluded with an interactive Q&A.

The CPD was highly informative and meaningful with exchanges and interactions among the speakers and the participants.
