The Construction Industry Council (CIC), in collaboration with the Buildings Department (BD), established the Technically Competent Persons Registration Scheme (TCPRS) which aims to facilitate the appointment and administration of Technically Competent Persons (TCPs) and Competent Person (Logging) (CP(L)). The TCPRS facilitates the submission supervision plans under the Buildings Ordinance (Cap. 123), such that the curriculum vitae of the proposed TCPs and CP(L) will not be required when submission of supervision plans for individual projects to BD if they have been registered under the TCPRS.
In this webinar, the speakers from the CIC and the BD will introduce the TCPRS, the requirements and procedures of registration and attend to the questions about the Scheme.
