Updates on Extraordinary General Meeting on 1st September 2021

In response to the surge of COVID-19 cases recently and to comply with the latest social distancing constraints, we have to limit the capacity to 20 attendees. Should members who intend to attend the meeting in person, please register with the Secretariat Office. We encourage members to extend their support via voting by proxy. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

The Extraordinary General Meeting of Hong Kong Institute of Construction Managers has been scheduled as follows:

Time      :      12:30 p.m.

Venue    :      Rooms 801-2, On Lok Yuen Building, 25 Des Voeux Road Central, Hong Kong

 Members shall note the followings in respect of attending the meeting:

  1. Members who intend to attend the EGM in person must register with the Secretariat Office by or before noon (12:00) 30th August 2021.
  • Members may vote by proxy (《Proxy Form》enclosed).
  • Only fully paid-up Members of the Institute shall be eligible to vote.

Important Notes:

  1. This is an online pre-registration only and the seat reserved will only be confirmed by an e-mail sent to the successful registrant in due course upon receipt of the registration fee.
  2. The talk will be conducted online via Zoom. Successful registrants will be notified separately via email with the meeting ID in due course to the online event . 
  3. Information collected, including name, phone number, email address and postal address, will only be used for the purpose of processing booking or general enquires related to HKICM, and will be treated in confidence and not be disclosed to any other party. 
  4. HKICM reserves the right of final decision and interpretation in the case of any dispute.
