Memorandum of Understanding Signing with CIOB Hong Kong on 15th July 2021

Having gone through years of strong cooperation with the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) Hong Kong, we are delighted to reinforce our connection by signing a Memorandum of Understanding. Together with the HKICM core leadership team, President Cr Tony ZA hosted a signing ceremony with CIOB HK, led by their Chairman Mr Hon Fai WONG. The occasion was followed by a dinner reception, a great opportunity for both Institutes’ management team to renew acquaintance and working relationship as well as inspiring closer alliance in pursuance of the new normal for construction professionals.

In summary, HKICM and CIOB HK will maintain collaborative partnership and co-operation in the areas of knowledge sharing, continuous professional development, technical visits, and stakeholders’ engagement in Hong Kong and beyond.

Finally, we wish to thank the presence of President Cr Tony ZA, VP Cr Terence MANG, VP Cr Conrad FUNG, VP Cr Billy LEE, Hon Secretary Cr Simon LEUNG, and Hon Treasurer Cr Ricky LI of HKICM, and colleagues from CIOB HK, Mr HF WONG, Chair, Mr WC LAM, Vice Chair, Mr Kelvin CHOI, Hub Committee Member, Mr Ken CHAN, Hub Committee Member, Ms Ivy LO, Development Manager, and Ms Cherry CHEUNG, Policy and Head of Public Affairs for this signing ceremony.

We look forward towards a mutually beneficial relationship between both Institutes.
