Jointly organised by The Hong Kong Institute of Architects (HKIA), Hong Kong Institute of Construction Managers (HKICM), and The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (HKIS), the CPD Talk “Introduction of the New Standard Form of Contract for Building Works 2025” was successfully held on 2 March 2026.
Appointed legal representatives provided an overview of the key features of the new SFBC, focusing particularly on the Particular Conditions of Contract concerning the Security of Payment Ordinance. The session wrapped up with an interactive Q&A.
The CPD was highly informative and meaningful with exchanges and interactions among the speakers and the participants.
