Interaction Series Seminars: “Meeting with HKICM Councillors”

Programme Highlights:

As part of the campaign to promote the construction management profession amongst university students, a series of interaction seminars are set to let university students have dialogues with experienced construction practitioners in casual sessions, including lunch/ dinner, tea/drink, party and game gatherings.

HKICM Council Members who are experienced construction managers from various disciplines will be invited as the guests to share his/her experience with participants. In addition, participants are also encouraged to raise their queries in relation to the career or professionalism in the discipline during the meeting in a free chatting manner. The event is expected to benefit the participants in their career and professional development by learning from the experience or taking the advices from the guests.

Objectives

– To promote the professional image and status of construction managers in universities and in the community;

-To enhance the understanding of construction management profession amongst university students; and

-To develop a channel of communication between university students and construction practitioners for experience sharing purposes.

  2. The talk will be conducted online via Zoom. Successful registrants will be notified separately via email with the meeting ID in due course to the online event .
