This seminar will focus on NEC programming, examining its pivotal role in achieving project success and ensuring compliance with the project requirements. The guest speaker will share proven tactics for overcoming challenges, maximising collaborations and avoiding disputes, drawing on her extensive experience as a Programming Expert in construction disputes. Attendees will gain valuable insights into the importance of an accepted programme under NEC contracts, the essential elements and considerations in developing such programme, and practical approaches to addressing difficulties in reaching agreement on the programme.
