The 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Hong Kong Institute of Construction Managers was held on the night of 8 December 2021 (Wednesday). Cr FUNG Kwok-keung, Conrad was elected as President of the Council Session 2021/22.

The AGM also announced that Cr MANG Ka-wing, Terence, Cr LI Tak-hong, Dick and Cr Dr LEE Fook-pui were elected as Vice Presidents while Cr LI Kwok-woon, Ricky and Cr LEUNG Kim-fung, Simon as Honorary Secretary and Cr LO Wai-yeung, Perry as Honorary Treasurer.
