The Hong Kong Institute of Human Resource Management conducts “Future Workforce Study 2024” aiming to provide valuable insights into Hong Kong’s evolving manpower landscape. Recognising the significance of comprehending the impact of talent admission schemes and nurturing local talents to address the current manpower shortage in Hong Kong, we can identify and analyse the projected talent requirements that employers are seeking. The results and recommendations derived from this study will be shared with the government and academia, enabling us to collectively address the existing challenges.
