Evolving Legal Risk of AS and Insurance Solutions

19 March 2026

Organised by HKICM, the CPD Talk “Evolving Legal Risk of AS and Insurance Solutions” was successfully held on 19 March 2026.

The construction landscape is changing. As an AS, your signature carries statutory weight that corporate insurance may not fully cover or protect your rights/interests. This seminar provides the legal tactical knowledge and the insurance tools necessary to manage your personal exposure. The session concluded with an interactive Q&A.

The CPD was highly informative and meaningful with exchanges and interactions among the speakers and the participants.

Special thanks to Cr Chris CHUNG (Chairman of HKICM Buildings Department Committee), Cr Sherman TANG (Honorary Secretary of HKICM), and Cr Sam LI (Chairman of HKICM Membership Committee) for their great efforts in organising and joining this CPD event.
