HKICM organised the CPD seminar – Corruption Prevention in Administration of NEC Target Contracts on 9 August 2023
Ms. Maria LO (Chief Corruption Prevention Officer of the Corruption Prevention Department of the ICAC), speaker for the CPD, shared with the audience about her professional knowledge and experience including : Introduction to the Prevention of Bribery Ordinance, Corruption Risks and Preventive Measures on: Contract Payments, Compensation Events, Subcontracting Arrangements, Partnering, Introduction of Construction Industry Integrity Charter 2.0.
The CPD was highly informative and meaningful with lots of exchanges and interactions between Ms. Maria LO and the attendees.
