HKICM organised the CPD Talk Building Services Major Activities in Master Programme Elaboration – Activity Scheduling by Critical Path Network Concept and held successfully on 17 September 2025.
Ir Cr Dr. CHENG shared with the participants the professional knowledge and experience including the importance of Master Programme for a building Project and also the use of Critical Path Method in Programme establishing especially concerning how Major BS Activities could be considered in establishing the Master Programme and drew the participants’ attention to revisit about the factors that might affect the programme strategy, followed by a Q&A session.
The CPD was highly informative and meaningful with exchange and interaction among the speakers and the participants.
