HKICM specially invited Dr. Christopher TO as an experienced tutor for delivery of the first HKICM Adjudicator Training and Accreditation Programme successfully in May and June 2022. The Programme covers all aspects of adjudication including security of payment provisions, framework and its application.
All the participants including HKICM President Cr Conrad FUNG, Immediate Past President Cr Tony ZA, Honorary President C W TANG, VPs Cr Billy LEE, Cr Terence MANG and Cr Dick LI, Council Members and Co-opted Members would like to express sincere thanks to Dr. Christopher TO’s extraordinary efforts in designing and conducting the whole comprehensive Programme.
