HKICM organised the CPD “1. The epoch of Smart Construction on Safety, Quality and Progress Management; 2. Builder Work Requirement (Facilitating) for Staircase Pressurisation System and Smoke Extraction System” and held successfully on 3 January 2025.
Cr WONG Chun Ho, Simon (Corporate Consultant of CR TECH Company Limited) and Cr YEUNG Ping Yee, Stephen (Senior Building Services Manager of CR Construction Company Limited) shared with the audience the professional knowledge and experience including : 1. The concerns and considerations especially in time and cost aspects involved when planning, selecting and adopting these technologies. 2. Their understanding of systems, builder works requirement and experience of dealing with T&C so as to minimise the effect to the construction programme.
The CPD was highly informative and meaningful with exchanges and interactions among the speakers and participants.
