19/12/2024 – 《建造業付款保障條例》八個月後生效議員冀做好籌備工作

訪問：孟家榮營造師（香港營造師學會上任會長）

立法會通過《建造業付款保障條例草案》，禁止把「先收款、後付款」等不公平付款條款寫進合約，並設立審裁機制，提供迅速、具成本效益及有約束力的中期付款爭議解決程序。

孟家榮營造師於訪談中分析對有關條例的看法、對業界的影響及就審裁員培訓建議等等。
