無綫新聞專題節目”新聞透視” – 【安全第一？】

香港營造師學會上任會長孟家榮營造師接受無綫新聞專題節目”新聞透視”訪問，節目主題為【安全第一？】，節目內容包括建造業界一直提倡「地盤零意外」，同時政府亦提高針對工業意外的職安健條例罰則，希望可以提升地盤安全。不過翻查勞工處資料，近年建造業每年發生大約三千宗工業意外，每年大約有20名工人死亡，為何各項措施都未能減少相關意外呢？近年政府工務工程必須引入建築安全設計，在設計階段已經融入安全概念，是否需要立法強制私人工程引入呢？
