萬眾期待，上下一心，學會「營」向25 週年誌慶

HKICM kicks-off its 25th Anniversary with a cocktail gala reception on 20 Oct 2021 at The Mira Hong Kong.

A press conference has been arranged preceding the reception. President Cr Tony ZA presented an oversight on how the pandemic has accelerated the forces of digital transformation, making it more important than ever to embrace new ways of working and creativity. The ability to effectively leverage a diverse range of skills will be at the heart of 21st century construction managers.

Tracking on the prospects of Greater Bay Area and beyond, President Cr Tony ZA and Mainland & International Link Committee Chairman Cr CHAN Chi Man offer an insight into the professional traits of construction managers and advocate for the statutory registration of construction managers, and how to prepare for the transformation. Council members, sponsors, and industry partners shared the blessings and showed their solidarity by pledging to connect and engage construction managers in their ongoing businesses.

Joining us for such truly inspiring event included Mr CHAN Ka-kui, SBS, JP, newly appointed Honorary Fellow Ir LAM Sai Hung, GBS, JP and Ir Pro Eric MA Siu Cheung, GBS, JP, all amazing speakers of the night. The highlight goes to the premier show of the HKICM corporate video, which gives a pristine perspective on the role of construction manager. Distinguished guests and members shared the pleasure and exchanged views on moving the business forward.

It’s a fantastic evening with remarkable closing speech by Chairman of 25th Anniversary Gala Task Force VP Cr Conrad FUNG. “We all look forward to attending the Institute’s upcoming Joint Conference with HKCA scheduled for 23 Nov at HKCEC – a part of the broader celebration of 25th Anniversary”, VP Cr FUNG said.
