- Claim notices – don’t miss the gate!
- Delay & EOT – what actually counts?
- Liquidated damages – what to check before deduction?
- Payment clauses – “Back-to-back / Pay When Paid / Pay If Paid” – does it mean what it says?
- Fitness for purpose vs Skill & Care – what is hidden in the specs?
- Force Majeure – does it really cover “everything”?
The CPD event was highly informative and meaningful, with valuable exchanges and interactions among the speakers and participants. Special thanks go to Cr Betty LO (Chairperson of the HKICM CPD Committee) for her great efforts in organising this CPD event. She presented a certificate of appreciation to Mr KON Ting Fei for his excellent presentation and sharing.
