In this seminar, the speaker will share the causes of water seepage and the Joint expert procedure of Inspection and Tests method.

This event is co-organised by CIOB in Hong Kong with Hong Kong Metropolitan University.

2. Investigation methods (including destructive & non-destructive tests)

3. Common reasons of water seepage

4. Sharing on the guidelines for preparation of joint expert report

BSc(Hons), MBA, RPS, FHKIS, MRICS, MCIOB, RCM, MHKIE

Cr Sr Ir Dick Li is Registered Professional Construction Manager and Registered Professional Surveyor and Engineer with over 30 Years’ experience in the construction industry in Hong Kong. During his 30 years, professional career, Dick has gained vast and varied water leakage and seepage practicing experiences in construction field.
