CPD talk about「中標」還是「中招」- Win the bid – the start of your nightmares? was organised by Hong Kong Institute of Construction Managers (HKICM) and supported by Institution of Civil Engineers – Hong Kong Association (ICE HKA) and Society of Construction Law Hong Kong (SCLHK) successfully held on 19 January 2023.
Mr Ricky Chan was invited as the speaker for this CPD. He shared with the audience his professional knowledge, skills and experience about tender including technical, contract, BoQ and SoR reviews; the parts to be carried out by domestic subcontractors and/or suppliers, nominated subcontractors and/or suppliers, named subcontractors and joint selection of subcontractors, the letters of intent, clarification and acceptance.
The CPD was highly informative and meaningful with lots of exchange and interactions between Mr Ricky Chan and attendees. Thanks again to his excellent presentation.
