Professional Certificate in Construction Management

Dear All,

We are pleased to forward the captioned program brochure for your consideration. The Professional Certi­ficate in Construction Management consists of two modules and is pitched at HKQF level 5 with 18 QF credits. The programme is jointly developed by School of Continuing and Professional Education, City University of Hong Kong, and recognised by The Hong Kong Institute of Construction Managers (HKICM). These courses have also been included in the list of reimbursable courses under the Continuing Education Fund.

This course is designed with reference to the professional assessment for the HKICM membership. It aims at enabling students to demonstrate knowledge, skills, behaviour and application in the following three domains of competence of a professional construction manager: i) Technical Competence; ii) Management Competence; and iii) Commitment to Professionalism.

Upon successful completion of this program, students are eligible to apply for professional member (MHKICM) via normal route entry with a waiver of the written assessment and 60 hours of continuous professional development (CPD) for HKICM membership.

  2. The talk will be conducted online via Zoom. Successful registrants will be notified separately via email with the meeting ID in due course to the online event .
